The Service is an independent Buleleng, North Bali guide and concierge referral platform operated by Bali Premium Trip and published by Juara Holding Group ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service in any way, including browsing the website, submitting an enquiry, or requesting a referral, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our privacy practices as communicated on the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Investbuleleng is an informational and referral platform focused on Buleleng, North Bali, Indonesia. The Service includes, without limitation:

- Concierge-style services, which may include referrals or introductions to third-party service providers, property owners, agents, consultants, or other independent parties;

We are not a law firm, financial advisory firm, licensed real estate broker, or licensed investment advisor. None of the information presented through the Service constitutes legal, tax, financial, real estate, or investment advice. To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be limited to the amount, if any, that you paid to us directly for use of the Service during the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bali Premium Trip, Juara Holding Group, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or access to the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations;
- Your infringement or alleged infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Any dispute between you and any third party, including but not limited to service providers, property owners, or agents.
This indemnity obligation will survive the termination of your use of the Service and these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Service are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us at sales@balipremiumtrip.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that the courts of the Republic of Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
13. Changes to the Service
We may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including content, features, and availability, either temporarily or permanently. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
